A method for displaying a menu based on a service environment analysis in a content execution apparatus and a computer-readable medium having thereon a program performing a function embodying the same are disclosed. In accordance with the method for displaying the menu based on the service environment analysis in the content execution apparatus and the computer-readable medium having thereon the program performing the function embodying the same of the present invention, a menu is displayed according to a menu information extracted from a storage media, wherein services available to a user from a content execution apparatus is determined and the menu information is updated according to the availability of services.
