<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with sealing members for maintaining constant sealing performance over a long period while suppressing the heating of portions in sliding contact with bearing rings. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing comprises the sealing members 10, 12 for sealing the internal of the bearing formed between the bearing rings (an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 4) arranged opposing each other in a relatively rotatable manner, from the external of the baring. The sealing member (an oil seal) 10 has a base end P1 fixed to one bearing ring (the outer ring 4) and a front end extending to the other bearing ring (the inner ring 2), and the extending end P3 (a lip portion L1) is positioned in the state of being pushed against the other bearing ring with predetermined tensile force.
