PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely project an output terminal at a mount, with the mounting of portable equipment, in spite of simple structure. SOLUTION: For a charging cradle, a spring wire 3, which has an output terminal 3A, a reciprocating body 4, and an elastic body 5 are arranged in a case 1, which has the mount 2. The reciprocating body 4 is arranged so that it may extend to both sides of the mount 2, being inside the case 1, from the bottom plate 2A of the mount 2, and that it can reciprocate to both sides of the mount 2. The reciprocating body 4 has a drive 7, which is pressed by the portable equipment 9 set on the mount 2, at a first end. The drive 7 is an elastic body 5, and is arranged elastically from outside the mount 2 to its inside. For the reciprocating body 4, the spring wire 3 is coupled with the second end on the opposite side from the drive 7. For the charging cradle, when the portable equipment 9 is mounted on the mount 2 and the drive 7 is pressed to outside of the mount 2, the reciprocating body 4 moves and projects the output terminal 3A toward the mount 2, and brings the output terminal 3A into contact with the power terminal 9A of the portable equipment 9.
