PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent such fraudulence as fraudulently opening a case by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The control board unit comprises a main control board 60, a first case 61 and a second case 62 for storing the main control board 60, and a base 63 disposed to cover the back side of the second case 62. A sealing part 611 of the first case 61 is fixed to a sealing fixing piece 635 of the base 63 by a one-way screw 10. The sealing fixing piece 635 is disposed in one of a pair of opposite sides of the base 63, and a base-side seal sticking part 632 facing a case-side seal sticking part 621 disposed in the second case 62 is disposed in the other side of the pair of opposite sides. The case-side seal sticking part 621 and the base-side seal sticking part 632 are fixed to each other with screws 11.
