<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output by authenticating a user without using any information for authentication preliminarily stored in a terminal, in a system equipped with an output terminal and the terminal. <P>SOLUTION: (a) An output indication device transmits output job data including specification data to specify output instruction device and output data as the object of output, to an output contrl device (S110). (b) As for the specification data of the output job data, corresponding collation data are determined by referring to a collation data storage part (S420). (c) The determined collation data and the output data of output job data are stored so as to be associated with each other in an output data storage part (S350). (d) A collation data input device receives the collation data from the user, and transmits the collation data to an output control device (S210, S220).
