PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a noise reduction processing for a composite image, adapting to that the number of composition differs for each picture element. SOLUTION: The image processor which generates new image data by aligning a plurality of images and adding data of the plurality of images comprises: means of calculating the number of additions for calculating the number of additions of images (201b and 202) for each picture element of one or more new image data above; and a noise reduction means (203) of reducing noises according to a noise reduction parameter which shows a degree of noise reduction for each picture element of one or more new image data above. The noise reduction means (203) has a noise reduction parameter control means (203b) for setting a noise reduction parameter for the target picture element based on the number of additions in a target picture element as an object for which noises are reduced.
