PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously supply a lubricant held in a lubricant holding space to the outer peripheral surface of a guide shaft, with respect to a bearing device having an open structure. SOLUTION: The bearing device 32 is provided with a casing member 33, a lubricant guiding member 34 disposed in the casing member 33, and a bearing member 35 disposed adjacently to the casing member 33, and has an open structure for exposing a part of a guide shaft 18. In a position adjacent to a lubricant holding space 33a, the lubricant guiding member 34 is disposed, which comes into contact with the guide shaft 18 to guide the base oil of grease G from the lubricant holding space 33a to the guide shaft 18.
