PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ROM mounted on a printed board from being illegally replaced by inserting a foreign matter from an lead-out port for a flat cable formed on the sidewall surface of a board box. SOLUTION: While flat cables 50 and 50 connected to connectors 42 and 42 mounted on the printed board 40 to be stored are lead out to the outside through the lead-out ports 32 and 32 formed on the longitudinal sidewall of the board box 10, the end of a shielding plate 62 disposed inside a metal upper case 30 comes into close contact with the upper face of the printed board 40 to partition the connectors 42 and 42 from the ROM 44 simultaneously, so that the ROM 44 is shielded from the outside via the lead-out ports 32 and 32 to prevent the insertion of the foreign matter from the lead-out ports 32 and 32 and prevent the detachment of the ROM 44.
