A thermo-generator using the torque is provided to increase the heat generation efficiency by preventing the fluid from leaning by evenly supplying while dispersing through the center of a rotary shaft. A thermo-generator using the torque comprises a recess(11), a housing(10), a fixed disc(41) and a fixing ring(42). The recess is formed in the inner circumference of the thermo-generator into the longitudinal direction. The housing is consisting of a main body(10a) and right and left bodies(10b,10b'). The main body has an outlet(11a) at the center of the recess. The fixed disc and the fixing ring are inserted inside the main body. A rotary disc(31) is installed on the center of the housing in order to rotate a rotary shaft(20). A fluid supply hole(21) is formed at one part of the rotary shaft to the longitudinal direction. The fluid supply hole is connected with a branched hole(22) passing through the radial direction.
