<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly expose an object to an ultraviolet ray. <P>SOLUTION: The exposure device 1 has an ultraviolet fluorescent lamp 3 disposed at a center of a reflector 2 having a triangular shape in the axial cross-section along the longitudinal direction of the reflector 2. As a means for reducing the light amount in the portion immediately below the ultraviolet fluorescent lamp 3, an ultraviolet transmission regulation plate 4 having a required width, entirely made of transparent acrylic or glass with a top face 4a roughened by sand blasting is disposed in parallel to the ultraviolet fluorescent lamp 3 immediately below the ultraviolet fluorescent lamp 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
