PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel switch capable of easily printing on an adhesive layer of a cover sheet and strongly sticking to an insulating substrate, regarding the panel switch used for thin operation input sections of various electronic devices. SOLUTION: A resist layer 13 is formed on an upper surface of the insulating substrate 11 by screen-printing at thickness of 10-35μm, and the resist layer 13 has: contact openings 18 each arranged at positions corresponding to each set of fixed contact point 2 sections; and connection openings 19 with narrow width for connecting the contact openings 18. Movable contacts 4 are arranged over the contact openings 18, and then, the cover sheet 15 having the adhesive layer 16 on the whole lower surface is pasted on the resist layer 13.
