PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a cleaning unit (3) to be attached without forming an exclusive attachment hole in a bathtub (20), in a structure for allowing the cleaning unit (3) having a function of injecting a detergent liquid from a cleaning nozzle (51) facing the bathtub (20) to be attached in a state where the unit is arranged in the outer peripheral area of a bathtub sidewall (21). SOLUTION: The cleaning unit (3) is attached to a detergent tank (7) fixed to a bathtub flange (22), or is attached to a support body which is fastened with screws onto the bathtub flange (22) together with the detergent tank (7), or is attached directly to bathtub metallic fittings for discharging warm water heated by a heat source machine to the bathtub or to the support body which is fastened with screws together with the fittings, or is attached directly to a drain stopper operation device fixed to the bathtub flange (22) or to the support body which is screwed together with the device and to the detergent tank (7).
