Provided are a wireless transmitter and a wireless transmission method for a pulse ultrawide band (UWB) transceiver which can achieve low voltage, low power consumption, and a small area. A VCO 100 for generating a clock signal, an amplifier 101 for inputting the output clock signal 103 of VCO 100, and a baseband signal generation circuit 102 for controlling the amplitudes of the power supply and the GND of the amplifier 101 are provided. The output from the amplifier 101 is output signal 106.
