PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-encapsulated type vibration isolating device of innovated structure capable of preventing an actuator including a drive shaft, a motion converting mechanism, and an electric motor from being broken by application of an excessive pressure when a large load of impact form is fed in the condition that a movable valve element is closed. SOLUTION: The movable valve element 110 makes a linear reciprocative displacement in the abutting and separating direction to/from an opening of a fluid passage 72 on the side with an equilibrium chamber 66, and shuts the fluid passage 72 in the abutting condition to the opening of the passage 72, and in the separated condition, puts the passage 72 in communication, while the drive shaft 102 to accept application of a driving force in the axial direction is provided, whereby the movable valve element 110 is displaced by reciprocation by the drive shaft 102, and the valve element 110 is furnished with a first coil spring 114 to apply an energizing force in the abutting direction to the opening of the passage 72 in the axial direction of the drive shaft 102, and by the first coil spring 114, the movable valve element 110 is supported resiliently in the axial direction.
