PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent compound having extremely high heat-resistance and amorphousness and resistant to the change of emission color by the thermal drying and driving of the compound after forming to a film.

SOLUTION: Provided is a fluorescent compound expressed by formula (1) (in the formula, R1groups are each independently a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-5 independent or fused aryl groups and/or heteroaryl groups, or a substituted amino group, provided that when one of R1is a hydrogen atom, the other is not hydrogen group and the R2groups are the same groups comprising a substituted or unsubstituted 1-5 independent or fused aryl groups and/or heteroaryl groups or a substituted amino group).
