PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot warmer which uses continuous electric heating to keep a constant temperature in order to avoid cooling of hot water in a simple hot water device, thereby to activate an EM useful microorganism impregnated in a zeolite molding material. SOLUTION: In the warmer, a pair of belt heaters 6 are adhered to the upper surface of a copper plate 3 and incorporated in both the sides of a stainless metal net 5 to fix to the copper plate 3 by point welding, and further fitted to the upper part by a palite (waterproof resin) 7.
