PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent display irregularities in such a configuration that a voltage of a capacitance line 132 is changed. SOLUTION: A capacitance line 132 is provided for each of 1 to 320 rows, and a capacitance line driving circuit 150 includes a group of thin film transistors (TFTs) 151, 152, 153, 154 and 171 at each of 1 to 320 rows. Each scan line is selected twice for pre-writing and main-writing. Here, when an i-th row scan line 112 is selected, an i-th row TFT 151 is switched on, and an i-th row TFT 152 is switched off. After selection of the scan line is finished, the TFT 151 is switched off, and the TFT 152 is switched on, and a voltage of the i-th row capacitance line 132 is changed. When the i-th row scan line 112 is selected, the i-th row TFT 171 is switched on, and the i-th row capacitance line 132 is connected to a detection line. At this point, a capacitance signal output circuit supplies a capacitance signal vc1 which is controlled so that a voltage of the detection line may become a voltage of a target signal, to a first voltage supply line 181.
