<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of regulating precisely and stably a space between an image carrier and a developing roller, and an image forming device provided with the developing device. <P>SOLUTION: This developing device is provided with the image carrier, the developing roller provided to oppose a developer conveying face to the image carrier with a prescribed developing gap, and for conveying a developer to the image carrier, and gap regulation members provided in both end parts of the developing roller, and for abutting on the image carrier to regulate the developing gap, a rotary shaft inserted penetratedly through the gap regulation members, of which the shaft diameter is variable, is provided in the developing roller, and the developing roller is made to be moved along a rotary shaft direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
