PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning and sterilizing instrument easily providing an endoscope on a predetermined position of a cleaning tank, and securely cleaning and sterilizing each endoscope conduit of the endoscope without connecting a plurality of connecting tubes to the cap of the endoscope conduit equipped in the endoscope. SOLUTION: The endoscope cleaning and sterilizing instrument 1 includes an endoscope cleaning and sterilizing instrument body 2 equipped with the cleaning tank 4 on which a tray 10 to house the endoscope 20 including a conduit cap 23 for communicating with an endoscope conduit on an operation part 22 is provided, a tray positioning pin 32 for positioning the tray 10 to be provided on the cleaning tank 4, a tray position detecting pin 33a for detecting that the tray 10 was provided on the predetermined position of the cleaning tank 4, and a plurality of endoscope inner conduit cleaning nozzle parts 31 to be moved after detecting that the tray 10 includes been provided on the predetermined position of the cleaning tank 4 by the tray position detecting pin 33a and to be connected to the conduit cap 23 of the endoscope 20 contained in the tray 10.
