<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, for manufacturing a cumferentially deploying type of stator coil, excellent in production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: While clamping an insulating-coating rectangular wire 30 with a die pair 103, die pairs 101 and 102 are advanced and lowered synchronously.
