PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering work execution plan preparation support system for preparing a high quality execution plan with little labor.

SOLUTION: The system 100 includes: a construction work information setting part 131 for displaying and registering the work type of a civil engineering work; a considering item confirmation part 132 for displaying and registering a considering determination item corresponding to the registered work type; an execution content confirmation part 133 for displaying and registering an execution schedule item and a subject item corresponding to the registered work type and considering determination item; a sentence preparation part 140 for receiving and registering sentence input relating to the setting reason of the subject item and the execution schedule of the registered execution schedule item corresponding to the registered subject item; a plan preparation part 170 for preparing an execution plan on the basis of the registered subject item and the setting reason and execution schedule corresponding to the subject item; and a history information storage part 190 for storing the prepared execution plan corresponding to the respective items.
