PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a sound generated when an adjuster part slides. SOLUTION: A beam has a body part 1 and the adjuster part 2 which can be stored in the body part 1, and a sound absorbing material 3A is provided at a part brought into contact with the body part 1 of the adjuster part 2 when the adjuster part 2 slides. The sound absorbing material 3A prevents the adjuster part 2 and the body part from getting into contact with each other, and also absorbs the sound generated when the adjuster part 2 slides.
