PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a moisture-proof plywood excellent in water resistance and moisture resistance and having dimensional stability with minimized warpage or twisting, and a moisture-proof floorboard including the moisture-proof plywood obtained by the method as a base material, with the surface thereof being decorated. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the moisture-proof plywood A obtained by heating and pressurizing a plurality of veneers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the presence of an adhesive T, moisture-proof sheets 6 and 7 are interposed between layers of the veneers so as to be located vertically symmetrically, and the adhesion of the moisture-proof sheets 6 and 7 and the lamination of the veneers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are simultaneously performed.
