<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system for eliminating inequality of the total amount of charge between departments in adopting a declining billing rate, and to provide a relevant technique thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The server in the image forming system calculates an amount charged for each job in an image forming apparatus based on the declining billing rate, and calculates the total amount charged to each department by adding the amount charged for each job by department. The server distributes the total amount charged to a plurality of departments obtained by summing up the total amount charged to each department to the plurality of departments based on the respective number of printouts of the plurality of departments, so that the total amount charged to each department is corrected (step S15). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
