<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave source survey device and a wave source survey method, capable of readily surveying the existence of a wave source, and to provide a wave source estimation method. <P>SOLUTION: The number of measuring times for measuring the reception intensity of electromagnetic waves, a measuring interval for measurement, and an informing condition for informing the existence of a wave source are stored, in a correlated manner, respectively; and electromagnetic waves in a frequency range, including at least each frequency, are received by an antenna; and the received intensity of the electromagnetic waves is measured, based on the number of measuring times and the measuring interval, corresponding to an optional frequency among the received electromagnetic waves in the frequency range. Then, average reception intensity acquired by averaging each reception intensity with the number of measuring times is determined repeatedly, relative to each frequency in the frequency range, and each informing condition corresponding respectively to each frequency is compared, respectively with each average reception intensity measured, respectively to each frequency, and the existence of the wave source is reported, when the average reception intensity satisfies the informing condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
