PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal fitting whose contact resistance with an electric wire is improved and whose mechanical strength is prevented from lowering, and to provide a wire harness having this terminal fitting. SOLUTION: In the wire barrel 16, on a surface thereof on the side of the electric wire 11 is formed a depressed part group 30 consisting of a plurality of depressed parts 18 extending in a direction intersecting with the axial direction of the electric wire 11 being arranged along the axial direction of the electric wire 11. The plurality of the depressed part groups are formed to be arranged side-by-side in the direction intersecting with the axial direction of the electric wire 11 at intervals. A bottom surface of each depressed part 18 constituting the depressed part group 30 is formed to be tilted with respect to the axial direction of the electric wire 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
