METHOD OF ESTIMATION OF BRONCHOLITIC THERAPY EFFICIENCY AT CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

FIELD: medicine; allergology. ^ SUBSTANCE: estimation of broncholitic therapy efficiency is carried out by means of monitoring of a child's condition. Pharmacological assays with bronchial spasmolytics are sampled for this purpose against base therapy. The data is written in a diary of symptoms and the peakflowmetry data is displayed graphically before each pharmacological exposure. Computer processing of the obtained schedules is performed and the space between them is represented in a numerical form for visualisation of "zones of the insufficient asthma control". The invention allows estimating efficiency of basic therapy on parametres of a reserve of lungs ventilating function compensation and if necessary to make its correction on the basis of objective data. Visualisation of a "zone of asthma insufficient control" helps reveal possible triggers of disease exacerbations, to estimate degree of their influence on obstructive bronchitis expression and duration. ^ EFFECT: possibility to make tactical medical decisions operatively. ^ 1 ex, 2 dwg
