<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an display device allowing an operator to set at least one of longitudinal magnification and lateral magnification of a character appropriate to the operator without taking trouble, and to provide an image forming apparatus and an image processing apparatus with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The display device 10 includes a display part 1, and a character magnification setting part 3 setting at least one of the longitudinal magnification and the lateral magnification M(i) of the character M displayed on the display part 1.
