<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flat panel display member in which there is no residue generated. <P>SOLUTION: This is the method for manufacturing a flat panel display member which includes a pattern of insulating layer on a substrate and includes a light shielding layer inside the pattern. After a pattern of light shielding layer is formed on the substrate, a photosensitive paste layer having inorganic powder of average particle size of 0.1-5μm and a photosensitive organic component is formed on the substrate having the pattern of the light shielding layer, and only the photosensitive paste layer on the shielding layer is removed by a photo-lithography method and by calcining, the flat panel display member is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
