PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid circulation system capable of reducing influence of pulsation (vibration) caused by not only the function of an air trap but also vibration of a diaphragm, in the liquid circulation system using a diaphragm pump. SOLUTION: In this liquid circulation system, liquid is sucked in a pump chamber from a suction port by a volume change in the pump chamber, and the liquid is circulating in a circulating flow passage by delivering the liquid to a delivery port from the pump chamber. In the liquid circulation system, the air trap is respectively arranged between the suction port of the diaphragm pump and the circulating flow passage and between the delivery port and the circulating flow passage.
