PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a partition wall capable of improving fireproof performance of the existing partition wall and facilitating its construction work. SOLUTION: This fireproof partition structure 10 is provided with a stud 20, a pair of partition walls 30, 30 formed by an underlayer material 31 and a painted facing material 32 attached to the stud 20 and having fireproof performance, and an extending member 40 extended on an outer side of the partition wall 30 at least on one side.
