A remote monitoring control system using an explosion preventing camera with an extinguish material discharge nozzle and a method thereof are provided to combine an extinguish material discharge nozzle in the explosion preventing camera installed in a space weak against fire, thereby remotely controlling discharging of extinguish material. An explosion preventing camera(100) obtains image information by photographing an image. The explosion preventing camera has an extinguish material discharge nozzle. The extinguish material discharge nozzle is remotely controlled by wire and wireless communication. The explosion preventing camera adjusts spray quantity of the extinguish material sprayed from the extinguish material discharge nozzle. A remote monitoring control device(300) receives the image information and outputs it to a monitor. The extinguish material discharge nozzle remotely controls spray quantity or spray angle of the sprayed extinguish material.
