A fixture cutting tool is provided, which enables to reuse the exposed fixture by cutting and processing the fixture without removing and implanting the exposed fixture. A fixture cutting tool comprises: a cylindrical core(110) in which a plurality of segments are arranged in the former circumference of the inner surface; and a rotation bar(120) which is connected to the cylindrical core, is vertically coupled with an upper plate of the cylindrical core passing the central part of the cylindrical core, and delivers the torque to the cylindrical core and in which one side is inserted into the abutment joint equipped in the fixture head unit.
