A wet electrostatic dust collector is provided, which enables uniform flow of cleansing water on the surface of dust collector and acts as a dust collecting electrode. A wet electrostatic dust collector comprises: a cleaning precipitation chamber which washes dust by inhaling polluted air; a electric precipitation chamber which discharges fresh air; implanter pole (20) and dust collector (10) which generate corona discharged electrode; and a spray pipe (30) of cleaning water.
