An LED lamp apparatus is provided to protect an LED lamp from an external pollution material by attaching the LED lamp on a surface of a heat dissipation plate having high thermal conductivity. An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) reader(170) is arranged in one side of an LED lamp apparatus. The RFID reader reads identifying information of an RFID tag, dimming information of an LED lamp, perfume name information, and sound source replay information. A dimming control part(171) controls illuminance of a light source according to the dimming information of the LED lamp obtained from the RFID reader. A perfume pumping part(181) sprays perfume corresponding to the perfume name information obtained from the RFID reader. A sound source replay part(191) replays a sound source corresponding to the sound source replay information obtained from the RFID reader. |
