POURTRY FEED FOR THE FUNTIONAL AND NOTHING ANTIBIOTIC LIVESOCK PRODUCTION WHICH USES THE VEGETABILLITY NATURE INGREDIENTS AND THE USEFUL MICROBES, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A functional poultry feed using natural plant components and effective microorganisms to produce antibiotic-free livestock products for functionality using the nature plant component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce pathogenic microorganism and the saturated fatty acid. A soybean meal mixes 50~55 weight% and green tea leave powder 45~50 weight%. In the high temperature of 80degrees to 90degrees the first mixture, it heat-treats the sterilization at the steam for 1 hour to 2 hours. The sterilized raw material is cooled to the temperature of 40 degrees to 45 degrees. Culture medium of Bacillus subtilis is added in the cooled raw material so that it become the percentage of water content 55% of the total material weight to 60% and it ferments in 40degrees to 45degrees for 30 hours to 36 hours in mixer. The mixture fermenting is dried to 10 hours to 12 hours rotational basis pneumatic drying method. The feed admixture 0.2~0.5 weight% is added in the livestock feed.
