A probe-type FBG temperature detector using a light guide is provided to secure the curvature of an optical cable without a special casing by converting the progress direction of the light through a prism without the loss of the light. A probe-type FBG temperature detector using a light guide comprises a first optical cable(10a), a second optical cable(10b), a FBG temperature sensing part, and a light guide(20). The first optical cable provides a movement route of the light so that the irradiated light is income to the inside from the outside. The second optical cable provides the movement route of the light so that the light which is income through the first optical cable. The FBG temperature sensing part selectively reflects the light of the specific wave from the light incoming through the first optical cable. An outlet tip end of the first optical cable and an inlet tip end of the second optical cable are fused on the one side of the light guide.
