<p>The turbine has a rotor (10) with a rotor blade (12) arranged at a front end of a drive train. Two incremental sensors (30, 24) are arranged at the drive train near to the front end of the drive train and near to a generator (22), respectively, and measure rotor speed (nrot) and generator speed (ngen), respectively. The rotor speed and generator speed from the incremental sensors are provided as input variables to a pitch controller (36) and to a main converter controller (28), respectively. An output signal of the sensor (24) is provided to the pitch controller.</p> |
