Endoscope

摘要

The endoscope (1) has a hollow shaft (2) for inserting a semi-flexible image guide, where the shaft is closed at a distal end by an end piece provided with a passage borehole for the image guide. The distal end of the shaft is bent opposite to a longitudinal axis (3) of the shaft. The image guide is arranged in the shaft such that bending radius of the image guide in an area of bending (4) of the shaft is greater than bending radius of the shaft in the area of bending. The image guide is formed within a metallic guiding tube.
