MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FAILURE AND QUALITY OF A WIRELESS LAN

A system and a method for managing failure and quality of a wireless LAN are provided to actively and efficiently manage WLAN service failure and measure quality through a user computer. A client personal computer(100) automatically accesses a WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) service, manages failure generated during login and measures WLAN service quality. A management/log server(200) receives data about failure record and quality measurement results from the client PC and stores it in a database. A quality measurement server(300) measures the WLAN service quality. A web server(400) is connected to the management/log server to inquire, search and analyze stored data by a manager.
