An environmental method for processing pig waste matters is provided to maintain water quality of the predetermined extent to discharge effluent to a specific area by evaporation-concentrating the pig waste matters easily and economically. An environmental method for processing pig waste matters includes the following steps of: sending solid excrement to a excrement facility(30) by separating the pig waste matters into the solid excrement and liquid excrement; sending the liquid to a next process; separating the concentrated pig waste matters and condensed water(41) through a pre-processing process; performing an evaporation and concentration process(40); deodorizing the inflow condensed water through the evaporation and concentration process; collecting remaining organic materials by adding a cationic polymer coagulant(51) and an inorganic coagulant; and performing a post-processing process removing the remaining organic materials through sand filtering(60).
