PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing electromagnetic wave leaking from an image display device by simple structure, especially, a technology for reducing the electromagnetic wave generated by current flowing to a flexible wiring board. SOLUTION: The image display device includes: a display panel having a plurality of wirings and a plurality of display elements connected to the plurality of wirings; a control circuit board which outputs a control signal; a flexible board; and wiring formed on the flexible board, and is characterized by providing: the flexible wiring board which electrically connects the display panel with the control circuit board; and a conductive cover which covers from a part connected to the control circuit board of the flexible wiring board to a part connected to the display panel, and is connected to the control circuit board.
