PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of preventing a sensor holder 8a for holding sensors 9a, 9b from deviating with respect to a cover 7a even when some external force is applied to a connector 25. SOLUTION: The connector 25 is formed as a part of a terminal holder 22 which is configured separately from the sensor holder 8a and disposed at a position not interfering with the sensor holder 8a.
