PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning and wiping tool which is directly gripped by fingers of a human body and is used for wiping out operation of dusts sticking to articles to be cleaned and by which cleaning and wiping function can be easily and securely regenerated, disposal parts can be minimized and resource saving can be attained. SOLUTION: The cleaning and wiping tool is constituted of a cushion material 2 and a flat wiping cloth bag body 3 covering the cushion material 2 so as to cover the same. The wiping cloth bag body 3 has a nonwoven sheet constituted of the front face side layer 4a including ultrafine fiber and the back face side layer 4b including heat-fusible fiber as a bag base material 4. A mounting opening 15 for covering the cushion material 2 with the wiping cloth bag body 3 is opened in the wiping cloth bag body 3. The outer face of the cushion material 2 is covered with the wiping cloth bag body 3 from the mounting opening 15 or the wiping cloth bag body 3 is removed from the cushion material 2, thereby the wiping cloth bag body 3 exhibiting the cleaning and wiping function is constituted so as to be replaced to the cushion material 2.
