<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light emitting device capable of transferring an organic functional layer from a one donor substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device is manufactured by the manufacturing method including: step A of discharging a functional liquid containing an organic functional substance to respective parts to be discharged on a donor substrate 14 having the plurality of parts to be discharged; step B of forming an organic functional layer containing the organic functional substance on the parts to be discharged by removing the solvent of the functional liquid; step C of arranging the donor substrate 14 to face the organic functional layer to a substrate 10 to be transferred; and step D of transferring the organic functional layer to the substrate 10 by heating the organic functional layer in a depressurized environment with the donor substrate 14 faced to the substrate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
