<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of transferring an adhesive film which can maintain an adhesion area of an adherend and adhesion layer by losing a deficiency of an adhesion layer end portion rolled and attached to the adherend while preventing impurities from mixing in the adhesion layer and being able to improve a quality stability, and consequently can improve an adhesion strength of the adhesion layer to the adherend. <P>SOLUTION: The method of transferring an adhesive film includes: a step of pushing an adhesive film 13 from a peeling layer 11 side by a heating part, and heating an adhesion layer 12 to a primary heating temperature to bring the adhesion layer 12 into contact with an adherend 15; a step of bringing an elevated heating portion 16 installed posterior to the heating part into contact with the adhesive film 13 in a conveyance direction of the adhesive film 13 from the peeling layer 11 side and heating the adhesion layer 12 to a secondary heating temperature, and then cutting the adhesion layer 12; and a step of peeling the peeling layer 11 from the adhesion layer 12 in contact with the adherend 15 and transferring the adhesion layer 12 in contact with the adherend 15 to the adherend 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
