PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet can sufficiently satisfying ink adhesive strength and laminate strength required for a decorative sheet having excellent printability, especially surface material of a building material requiring printability. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet, a picture layer (5) is provided on a substrate sheet which is composed of biaxially stretched laminated films of at least two layers (6-1, 6-2). In at least one layer of the substrate sheet, a polylactate resin is a main component, and a transparent or semi-transparent resin layer (2) is laminated on the picture layer (5) as necessary.
