PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap device that can sufficiently secure safety of a user using the strap device. SOLUTION: The strap device allows a user to carry an object through an annular strap by hanging the annular strap on a part of the user's body. The strap includes a case-shaped strap device body to which the object is fitted, a winding part which is rotatably supported in the strap device body and takes up the strap, and two take-out ports from which the strap is taken out of the strap device body. As for the strap, each of the two strap ends is taken out of the two respective take-out ports, and the taken-out two strap ends of the strap are joined with a connector which freely allows connection and release, and before the user performs operation of taking out the strap, the connector is arranged between the two take-out ports, along the strap device body.
