PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastisol sealing material composition which can be applied to a steel plate for chemical treatment to prevent the plate from corrosion to deteriorate caused by rust even the composition is applied before the chemical treatment of the plate. SOLUTION: The plastisol sealing material composition comprises an electrically conductive metal oxide such as an electrically conductive zinc oxide which is contained in a main component consisting of a vinyl chloride resin, an acrylic resin, an acrylate resin, an urethane resin, an epoxy resin, a rubber, a crosslinked polyether resin and the like.
