SYSTEM FOR SETTLEMENT AND IDENTIFYING LOCATION INFORMATION OF MAN AND CARS AND CONTROL COMING AND GOING USING T-MONEY AND ZIGBEE, AND METHOD THEREOF

An entry control management using T-money and zigbee, location information tracking of human and vehicle, payment system, and a method thereof are provided to offer various services at an apartment house using smart tag embedding T-money and zigbee chip. T- money and Zigbee information stored in the inside of a smart tag(100) are transmitted to a receiver(210) or a recognizer nearby. The information registered in advance is compared with the T- money and Zigbee information of the smart tag received by the server(400) of the control center. Current location of the smart tag is traced through the T- money, and the tag information of receiver and Zigbee information by the server or a kiosk(410) connected with the server. The T- money information of the smart tag is read through a reader installed via offline or online.
